Charges for retainer, deposit, or services rendered are non-refundable, irreversible, non-cancelable and non-disputable charges.

By utilizing on-line payment, the client understands and agrees that they financially responsible for any and all services performed and rendered by Mid-West Protective Service, Inc.® or related agent. Any fees, including attorney fees, related to collection for services performed/rendered (including court appearances and depositions) will become the client's responsibility.
